BBC Essex

Just loaded several more media shows, had a real cracker last night on BBC Essex, here I explain to John Hayes what debts can be included and excluded in a consumer's bankruptcy, I then give examples of circumstances when you can keep your house and car and then raise a very important point about how a family member or friend can buy the 'the bankrupt's interest' in the home for as little as £1. I finish the show detailing the two ways of filling out the forms and the procedure at court.
