Time line

The show opens with Mike going through the type of people he helps with unmanageable debts, followed by the latest numbers for those consumers going bankrupt or entering into Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and Debt Relief Orders (DROs) in England and Wales. Clive then asks if credit cards are a big cause of debts for people.
