06.14 Call 1 Sarah in Hackney calling for a friend who was in an Individual Voluntary arrangement (IVA) which was about to be failed, Sarah wanted to know her options. 

15.27 Call 2 William in Maidstone was looking for information on his £30,000 credit card and personal loans debt.

21.54 Call 3 Peter in Pitsea has two years remaining on his interest only mortgage and has no means of clearing this. 

27.56 Call 4 Tom in Greenwich owes HMRC £2,500 from work five years ago and cannot afford to pay the agreed £200 pcm and wanted to know his options.

35.58 Call 5 Steve in Buckhurst Hill is thinking of putting his car loan on his mortgage and wanted clarification on a county court judgements, CCJs.

40.28 Text from Reid; 'Should I pay the smallest debts first or the biggest ones or the ones with the highest interest?'

41.11 Email from anonymous; 'Husband self employed, owed over £100,000 from a client for over a year now, living off our savings, now cannot afford the £5,000 month rent and now have arrears, maxed out the credit cards, I'm six months pregnant and about to take a temping job, bills piling up, hubby looking for new job and thinking about declaring bankrupt.'

43.51 Call 6 Paul has a Limited Company which now owes HMRC and VAT around £10,000 and wanted to know his options.
