Time line

The show opens with Clive asking Mike about the kind of people he can help with debt problems, you will be surprised at some of the occupations. Clive then asks Mike what are the key triggers for people to get into unmanageable debt and what are their options to help them deal with their debt problems. Mike goes through consumer bankruptcy, the cost to go bankrupt and how a bankrupt can be asked to still make payments up to a period of three years. Mike then goes through the options of an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA), how it works and then comments on Debt Relief Orders (DROs).
