Mike Thomas the 'DebtWizard' opens the show commenting on 'bankruptcy tourists',  this is where Germans come over to the UK to go bankrupt because it is seen to be easier and quicker in the UK rather here than in their own country. Next they spoke about how much other consumers pay for bank accounts in other countries and surprisingly Italy were top and UK 17th most expensive! Mike then moves into the announcement by Ofcom to regulate mis-selling of mobile phones, he describes the three biggest complaints the regulator receives and then details what you need to do if you believe you have been mis-sold. Last topic was on the mortgage increase figures released earlier that day by the BBA. Another fascinating show!
