Mike is once more live in the BBC Essex studio and opens the show with 'unenforceable credit agreements'. Mike says he will be doing a special show on this with John in about two week’s time.

Rest of the show is on Individual Voluntary Arrangements, often referred to as IVAs. Here Mike discussed the advantages and disadvantages and how creditors vote. He then goes on to give examples of when your home is not at risk and then details that a person with debt problems should not really be paying fees up front for an IVA as they are in effect paid by the creditors! Another fascinating show.
