DebtWizard Forum
England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and UK residents overseas (ex pats) can now get help
As head and founder of debtwizard.com, the consumer debt-help website, I have always championed the right of the consumer to receive the right advice about their debt problems, whether a fee is being charged or not.
However, in over 15 years of helping thousands of consumers to resolve their debt issues I have encountered so many cases where they had received bad advice from debt advice firms, which then had serious adverse affects on their livelihoods, relationships and health.
To help address this problem, as part of the development of debtwizard.com, I have decided to launch a free debt help forum in which individuals can raise issues troubling them and receive good, professional advice, appropriate to their circumstances.
To ensure this forum becomes a leading voice in consumer debt help I have hand picked a panel of experts to represent DebtWizard, whom I regard as the best in the fields of insolvency, debt management and general debt advice to deal with your problems.
So if you know someone that needs pointing in the right direction and they are not sure if an IVA, bankruptcy or debt management plan is right for them, then all you have to do is get them to post their question, fears, concerns and we will do our very best to help.
If you or you know someone that has had an experience which may help others on this forum, for example entered into an IVA or gone bankrupt or even proposed a debt management plan and wish to share this, then get it posted as it will help others!

Moneywise and DebtWizard
Some of you may have noticed that I have begun to include some consumer related articles from "Moneywise" in the news section of the DebtWizard website.
This is as a result of arrangements I have made with Moneywise for them to provide relevant material in future (whilst still maintaining my own editorial authority).
Subsequently, this will allow me to concentrate on the newly launched DebtWizard forum and spend more time posting information which will directly benefit consumers with debt related problems.
The reason I have been attracted to Moneywise as a partner is simple. As Britain's best selling personal finance magazine, Moneywise are dedicated to presenting financial information in an accessible, jargon-free manner and providing the tips and advice that you need to take in order to effectively control your money.
I believe this will prove to be a useful association and a positive step forward as Moneywise will help you save money leaving Debtwizard to tidy up matters if spending it results in a problem!
